We are proud to announce the launch of our Outreach Provision, a flexible, personalised approach designed to support young people who aren’t currently able to attend school on site.
At Hartmore, we recognise that every child’s journey into education is unique. For some, accessing a school setting isn’t possible, and our Outreach Provision enables us to meet students where they are, extending our support beyond the school site into homes and communities.
We are delighted to welcome Amy, our dedicated Outreach Provision Teacher, to the Hartmore team. Amy will work closely with class teachers, parents, and carers to develop tailored programmes that may include live online lessons, targeted tutoring, and relationship-building check-ins — all designed to bridge the gap between our on-site education and the individual needs of each student.
Through Outreach, we aim to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and support students to re-engage with learning in ways that are safe, achievable, and meaningful. This provision reflects Hartmore’s ongoing commitment to inclusive education and ensuring every young person has access to opportunities that support their growth and success.
